Overview of Our Refund and policy

All products sold through Podstorify are made-to-order through our custom printing and t shirt printing process. As each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer traditional returns or exchanges for reasons such as size issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we do offer full or partial refunds for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your Podstorify clothing or cryptocurrency shirt order.

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests for the following reasons:

1. Damaged Product

If your custom shirt or cryptocurrency merch item arrives with damage such as tears, stains, or broken print, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 2. Printing Errors

If there is a mistake in the Podstorify shirts printing, such as incorrect design placement, missing elements, or poor-quality printing, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

 3. Wrong Item Received

If you received a completely different item (e.g., a shirt design you didn’t order), we will correct the mistake and send you the right custom shirt or crypto tee shirt at no additional cost.

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Return

Due to the custom printing nature of our products, the following issues are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

  • Delayed shipping due to postal carrier issues

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Slight alignment variations (within industry tolerance)

We always recommend reviewing sizing charts and product mockups before finalizing your Podstorify clothing purchase.

 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe your Podstorify order qualifies for a refund or replacement, follow these steps:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email us at support@podstorify.com within 7 days of delivery. Please use the subject line: Refund and Policy Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

 Step 2 – Provide Evidence

Attach the following to your email:

  • Order number

  • Photo(s) of the item showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

This helps us quickly evaluate the issue with your cryptocurrency shirts or t shirt printing order.

 Step 3 – Resolution

After reviewing your claim, we will either:

  • Send a free replacement

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method

  • Offer a store credit on a case-by-case basis

We strive to respond within 24–48 hours.

Refund Method and Timeline

If a refund is approved for your Podstorify order:

  • Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed

 Shipping Issues Lost in Transit

If your Podstorify clothing or custom shirt has not arrived within 25 business days, contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and may offer a free replacement if the package is deemed lost.

 Incorrect Shipping Address

If the wrong address was provided during checkout, Podstorify is not responsible for reshipment. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

Exchanges for Size Issues

Because each custom shirt or crypto tee shirt is printed on demand, we do not accept exchanges for sizing errors made by the customer. We provide clear size charts on all product pages, so please measure carefully before ordering.

However, if we sent the wrong size due to our error, we’ll happily send the correct size at no additional cost.

 Custom Designs and User-Submitted Files

If you uploaded your own design for a custom printing order:

  • Make sure the file is high-resolution (300 DPI recommended)

  • Podstorify is not responsible for blurry, pixelated prints caused by low-quality files

  • We will not refund orders where poor design quality originates from user-submitted files

Our design team may contact you if your file quality is too low for proper t shirt printing.
